Located near the charming cove of Cala Gració, this project represents the complete metamorphosis of a dated property into a beacon of modern contemporary design. Our comprehensive vision guided a full renovation that included the interiors, landscape, pergolas, and a stunning new swimming pool, turning an old house into a sophisticated and elegant villa.
The core of the transformation was a commitment to a pure and refined aesthetic. A serene, predominantly white palette was chosen to serve as a luminous canvas, amplifying the brilliant Ibizan light and creating an atmosphere of spacious tranquility. Brand-new, large-format flooring was laid throughout, establishing a seamless and elegant foundation that flows from the interior living spaces out to the sun-drenched terraces.
Our pursuit of excellence is evident in the selection of the very best materials, a principle applied to every detail. This is showcased in the bathrooms, which were completely redesigned as luxurious, spa-like sanctuaries with high-end fixtures and finishes. Outside, the new swimming pool is a stunning turquoise centerpiece, its crisp lines mirroring the villa’s modern geometry. This reborn villa now exudes a quiet, confident luxury—a testament to how visionary design can create a timeless and elegant haven on the beautiful coast of Ibiza.
