Apartment in Eivissa Old Town, Ibizta

Situated within the enchanting streets of Ibiza’s historic Old Town, this full apartment renovation was an exercise in the art of maximizing space. The core challenge was to transform a very compact footprint into a bright, airy home that feels open and has room to breathe, proving that thoughtful design can overcome physical limitations.

Our strategy revolved around light and intelligent planning. We established an open-plan layout to create unbroken sightlines and a greater sense of volume. A luminous palette of soft whites and neutral tones was used to reflect natural light deep into the apartment, while bright, colourful accents add personality and depth without overwhelming the space. This strategic use of colour is key to its expansive and welcoming feel.

To create a decent and highly functional interior, the focus was on quality over quantity. Every element, from the high-quality materials to the curated furniture, was chosen for its craftsmanship and sophisticated simplicity. Bespoke, seamlessly integrated storage was designed to keep the home uncluttered, allowing the beauty of the materials and select pieces to stand out. The result is a small but perfectly formed sanctuary that defies its dimensions—a testament to how intelligent design creates true luxury and comfort.
